Warranty Condition

Warranty: “Cut, Burst, Puncture – 100 Days Free New Tire Replacement! Current Year Tires Only
Case of Tread Bulge: 365 Days Free New Tire Replacement! When registered online via Line @324xtbtd

  • Warranty applies when purchasing and installing a complete set of 4 tires at authorized dealers (per car, per receipt, per tire set change) starting from September 1, 2017, until further notice.

  • Warranty covers up to 4 tires per receipt that are damaged and cannot be repaired.

  • Warranty starts from the purchase date (counted as day one) and/or from the valid receipt issued by the dealer.

  • Warranty claim is valid only when the warranty period is still effective according to the receipt, and is valid only at the store where the purchase and installation were made.

  • Warranty rights are non-transferable. Each receipt can be used for one claim only.

  • Warranty does not cover service costs such as towing, tire changing labor, balancing, or wheel alignment.

  • Tires must be new and installed as a complete set from participating dealers.

  • Warranty “Cut, Burst, Puncture 100 Days” – Free new tire replacement. Tread bulge warranty – 365 Days Free new tire replacement.

  • Warranty does not cover tires with tread wear exceeding 50%.

  • Minimum tread depth must remain: more than 3.0 mm for passenger cars, more than 4.0 mm for pickup trucks.

  • Tires that have been previously repaired are not eligible.

  • Warranty does not cover damages from improper usage, such as racing, overloading, or reckless driving.

  • Incomplete or invalid documentation (e.g., incomplete receipts, missing tire D.O.T. code) is not eligible.

  • Warranty does not cover deterioration due to age (e.g., cracking, weathering).

  • Warranty excludes damages caused by improper inflation, poor maintenance, reckless driving, or hitting obstacles.

  • Warranty excludes damage caused by vehicle systems (e.g., brake system, suspension, substandard wheels).

  • Warranty excludes damages caused by accidents, fire, flooding, or natural disasters.

  • Warranty excludes theft or loss of tires.

  • Warranty excludes tires that have been altered or modified.

  • Warranty excludes tires used on modified vehicles, racing vehicles, or vehicles with non-standard LPG/NGV systems.

  • Warranty void if tires are misused or modified beyond standard use.

Tire Quality Warranty

24 Months or 50,000 km Warranty
(Whichever comes first) – Covers only defects in material or manufacturing.

Conditions and Limitations

  • Inspection period: approx. 6–8 weeks. Tires must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

  • Customers must purchase tires for actual use, not for testing purposes.

  • Warranty ends and does not apply under the following conditions:

    • Improper usage, racing, overloading, incorrect tire pressure.

    • Improper repairs, modifications, or incorrect use.

    • Vehicle system defects such as brake, suspension, or wheel alignment issues.

    • Damages caused by fire, flood, accident, or natural disasters.

    • Failure to maintain tires properly or beyond specified service intervals.

  • If manufacturing defects are confirmed, the company will compensate by refunding the tire cost based on remaining tread life (calculated by the purchase date and remaining tread depth at claim time).

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, or improper storage.

  • Customers must present proof of purchase (receipt, warranty card, or registration slip) and register online to process claims.
